What People Say
Most Liked
The omelettes at Kasey Lynn’s steal the show; they are generously sized and packed with cheesy goodness. Guests adore the homemade cooking style, with local specialties like scrapple and crab cakes often mentioned in high regard. Fast service ensures no long waits for hungry patrons, an aspect that locals cherish, especially during busy breakfast hours. The family-friendly atmosphere makes it ideal for gatherings or a casual catch-up over coffee. Many appreciate the value for money, especially considering portion sizes that leave diners satisfied without overindulging. Desserts and unique beverages, including innovative sodas, also receive praise, adding to the restaurant’s charm.
Most Disliked
Some diners occasionally express disappointment over missing items in their orders, like the notable sauce that adds flair to the meals. Service, while generally fast, can occasionally lose a bit of quality during peak hours, leading to small order mix-ups. Although the restaurant is known for its delicious breakfast options, the dinner menu lacks the same excitement, with limited offerings that do not inspire as many repeat visits during the evening. The ambiance, while cozy, may feel crowded during rush hours, detracting from a relaxed dining experience. A few customers hope for an expansion of certain menu items, which could enhance the overall experience.

Food was really good! Omelette was HUGE & had LOTSA cheese. Hot cocoa tasted great. Went down easy and was tasty. I enjoyed the potato's. Good amount and had good flavor. Nice sized large milk w a decent price. I enjoyed the scrapple too. Just the way I like it. Looking for a dinner time waitress I was told so they can have dinner hrs! Good pay I hear! It was really nice inside and even had a ramp to get in! Plenty of parking. And plenty of seating. Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit! ❤️

In my opinion this is some of the best food in Bethlehem as far as home style cooking. The servers are so nice, service is super fast but doesn’t lack any quality. They also offer catering for large events!

A nice breakfast/lunch cafe with good food and some Maryland flare... Blue crab and old bay. I got the hungry man special which was quite filling and definitely hit the spot. It came with coffee, toast and juice as well which is nice. They sell baked goods and their own soda as well, and have parking in the back.

Amazing customer service and the tastiest breakfast ever. One of the best value portions I've seen even in our inflationary economy. All the food is cooked to perfection. The flavor is second to none. We will be back for other breakfast options.

Oh No!!!!! What happened to the sauce? My coworker Megan ordered our breakfast this morning, and she goes "Uh Oh Mo, you have no sauce." Still my favorite from Kasey Lynn's, but the sauce was definitely missed 🫢😑

In town for a PBA tournament. Was looking for somewhere new to eat. Stumbled upon Kasey's. And it was one of the best breakfast that I've had in a long time! Much better than the places back in Williamsport. They have good portion sizes and amazing food!

Hidden Gem in Bethlehem! You have to come have their breakfast, dinner and dessert. They have a $10 cash deal only on Tuesdays. It includes a soup, entree, and a dessert. You have to try their refreshing rice pudding, which won an award and their fluffy moist carrot crumb cake. For dinner, their stuffed haddock with crab cake is good. It's real crab meat! The lasagna was pretty good too. Their breakfast is so good as well. The potatoe pancake was like flatten tater tots but extra cripsy. Their prices are so reasonable and have large portions that you'll want to come back again and again.
